No worries, Del Webb allows children and grandchildren to visit for up to 90 days within a 12 month period.

Four Seasons @ Cane Bay - Summerville

Del Webb isn't the only place for active adults. Four Seasons at Cane Bay also offers many amenities for those looking to have fun during retirement. This community offers an indoor pool, two (2) outdoor pools, clubhouse, fitness center, hiking trails, outdoor amphitheater, boat storage, fishing, kayaking, tennis courts, bocce courts, and pickleball courts.

Carillon has many of the same amenities as Cresswind as they are located in the same community, What I failed to mention above though is the pool is a saltwater pool! Carillon offers pre-owned homes only for sale.

The Elms of Charleston - Charleston

Looking for low-maintenance? The Elms of Charleston may be the place for you. The clubhouse holds most of the activity in the community. Homeowners enjoy working out in the exercise room, relaxing in the lounge, playing cards in the game room, and enjoying the grand ballroom with a catering kitchen for special events. Encore - Restore @ Carolina Park - Mt. Pleasant

Horizons @ Summers Corner - Summerville

Horizons at Summers Corner is the newest active adult community. In fact, it is so new that at the time of this writing not much has been said about it other than it is coming by Lennar Homes. However, since it is in Summers Corner you can expect to be surrounded by lovely landscaping, Buffalo Lake, be ready for community events such as Food Truck night, access to the Corner House which is a retail building, the Summers Corner Performing Arts Center, and the poolhouse.
