What I Love About Being a REALTOR®

I thought it might be helpful for those of you who are considering using me as your REALTOR® to give you a little insight into what I love about being a REALTOR®. The first thing is Relationship Building. I absolutely love getting to know my clients, helping them navigate the real estate process, but ultimately love the relationship that we build. It often turns to friendship and sometimes it feels like we become family. In my opinion, it is the most rewarding part of being a REALTOR®.

Although Relationship Building is my favorite part of being an agent, I also thoroughly enjoy the continued educational opportunities. The real estate market is ever-growing and constantly changing. The needs of individuals, the rules and regulations, laws governing real estate transactions, and expectations from the public are always changing. The continual education opportunities allow me to grow not only professionally, but personally. A lot of the things discussed are revolved around relationship building and communication which can be helpful in all aspects of your life.

Lastly, I love being a REALTOR® because I get to be my own boss. There is nothing like creating your own schedule, being accountable to yourself, and knowing it is your hard work that creates the monetary benefits. It is one of the hardest parts of being a REALTOR®, but also a great benefit! I am very organized and try my best to stay focused so that I can continue to grow my business and be my own boss.
